Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with a Therapeutic Approach
With Ashley O'Connor, Franzi Mullins, Mollie Gardner, Sandra de Munk, Isaac Mullins and Daisy May
August 10 - 31, 2026
This training honours the roots of Traditional Hatha Yoga while exploring how these teachings can be lived and embodied in everyday life.
From the moment you register, you are supported through pre-training guidance and mentorship, allowing you to arrive feeling prepared and connected. The training is held in a small group setting, with a close student to teacher ratio, creating space for individual attention and the deepening of both your personal practice and your teaching.
You will be guided by a diverse team of experienced Yoga Teacher Trainers, each sharing from their own areas of passion and lived experience, offering a rich and well-rounded journey.
Accommodation is private, giving you the space to rest, reflect, and integrate throughout the training.
There is a strong emphasis on self-practice. Each morning is dedicated to developing your own Traditional Hatha Yoga practice, including asana, pranayama, and meditation, allowing your understanding to grow from direct experience.
Our therapeutic approach to teaching and learning is experiential and embodied. Daily reflections after morning practice are a cornerstone of the training. Using Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry approach, we weave self-awareness and emotional understanding into each day.
Students begin practice teaching early in the training, building confidence step by step. By week three, you’ll be prepared and confident to teach a full 60 minute class – authentically curated by you.
Over 22 days, you will be immersed in a rhythm of living that is more attuned to your body, your breath, and the natural world around you — creating the conditions for both personal transformation and meaningful learning.
