Silence as Yoga Weekend Retreat
With Ashley O'Connor
May 7 - 10, 2026
For 4 days, we allow silence itself to become the teacher. We’ll move, breathe, and be still while being held and supported by nature. This retreat balances structured practice with spacious free time, allowing participants to settle deeply into their own rhythm.
What to Expect?
A complete digital detox (phones and devices set aside)
Morning Yoga Asana practice (accessible to all levels, no previous experience required)
Guided practices such as: meditation (seated and walking), breath work, journaling, and more
Shared silence throughout the retreat during free time
Space for rest, walking, journaling, sauna, hot tub and nature
Gentle guidance and orientation to support participants
*No previous silent retreat experience is required.
Silence & Digital Detox Clarity
Silence is held during guided practices, meals, and free time
All phones and digital devices are highly encouraged to be set aside for the duration of the retreat
Silence and digital detox are invitations.
This retreat is held in a supportive and well-resourced container, with guidance available throughout.
